Dostan Agriculture, Educational & Vocational Organization (DAEVO) is a women focused, national, non-profitable, nongovernmental and non-political organization, based on human values. DAEVO is an organization with international standards registered with Islamic republic of Afghanistan Ministry of Economy with register number of [REG NO: 1979] in 11/12/1389 (02.03.2011) that the Main Office is in Mazar-e-Sharif, Balkh province.

As we know that humanitarian aid is a basic need for the people of Afghanistan, DAEVO, having accurate statistics of the beneficiaries who live in the camps and remote areas of Balkh province, is trying to help them by getting the projects.

Our Mission
The mission of this institution is to provide voluntary and humanitarian services to the disadvantaged people of the society regardless of political, ethnic, racial and linguistic affiliations. DAEVO is a non-governmental and non-profit social institution that works for the development, improvement of agriculture, education and capacity building for all genders, health services, vocational services and reconstruction of Afghanistan.
Our Vision
The organization shall be a partner of choice within entire the country moving towards ending human suffering, poverty. We provide services and boost economic opportunities for poor, vulnerable and marginalized Afghan focus on women and girls to live in food security, welfare and dignity We successfully promote sustainable development and empowerment through contributes of national and international cooperation. We improve peoples' living conditions through food security, education, human rights, self- reliance, health care, livelihood, gender equity, and effective use of resources. We will be known everywhere for our resolute commitment to the dignity of people and community transformation. We seek a world of hopes, tolerance, peace and social justice where the people live in peace, dignity, welfare, integrity, safety and security.

Elimination of gender based discrimination and violence. To provide opportunities of living in a developed community, where human rights are respected To create conducive environment of national unity and coordination through rehabilitation and development projects. To empower man and woman in order to walk on the path of self-sufficiency To work for the rural development in order to improve the standard of living of the rural community according government development plans and funding assistance Equal opportunities to all individual for education and uprooting illiteracy Inspiring various cost, race and tribe sense for co-existence Eradication of poppy cultivation with rest of international community. To rehabilitate the rural infrastructure of the country To assist the rebuilding process of the nation To implement development programs for the social and economic uplift of the war –ravaged country
